When you place an item in your shopping bag, that means the product is in stock. All items that can be viewed on the website are available.

When an item is not available, you will see the sizing is completely shaded. Then, there are two options: 

• You can check if the desired item(s) is(are) available in one of Fusalp boutiques.
• Sign up for the email alert to know exactly when an item will be available again. To sign up, click the "Alert" button and enter your email address when prompted to do so.

Since Fusalp produces a limited volume of items, supplies might be limited. When an item is out of stock, we are unfortunately not able to provide a date for when it will be available again.

Fusalp designs and manufactures apparel and accessories since 1952. Promoting quality as a key priority, the design, materials, components, and fit of each product is created in France and Italy.

 Fusalp designs and develops its technical materials with only the best textile suppliers, located in Japan, South Korea, Switzerland, Italy, and France.

 Fusalp choses only the best manufacturers for its products, located in France, Italy, Portugal, Turkey, Tunisia, Vietnam, and China.

 Besides financial reasons, and even though Fusalp favors local European manufacturing, technical product specifications might require manufacturing outside Europe. Thus, some items are manufactured in Asia for its extensive expertise in technical products.

 Whatever the country of fabrication, Fusalp selects only the best factories to manufacture its products: We care to build a durable and profitable relationship with manufacturers, and care to encourage good working conditions complying with local and international regulations.

 Lastly, Fusalp has built its own design and development studio as well as a full testing laboratory located in its headquarters in Annecy, France where, in addition to product design and the implementation of high-quality standards, it administers an efficient after-sale service.

For ethical and sustainable reasons, and for accountability, Fusalp has chosen to find alternative materials and stop using animal fur. At the design stage, we work closely with Research & Development to come up with ever more innovative and sustainable technical fabrics. Synthetic or fake fur has become remarkable, and we use warm materials with high-quality texture and feel.

All Fusalp products are exclusively sold on the website www.fusalp.com, in our Fusalp stores and our online retailers. These articles are authentic and match the quality criteria of Fusalp.

Before any online purchase, we advise you to make sure of the reliability of the website on which you are, or to contact us via the online contact form. 

In case of doubt about a product purchased outside the www.fusalp.com website or the network of stores and retailers, you can contact the customer service via the online contact form, sending a photo of the product, as well as the link of the website where you bought the product.

Should you receive a damaged or defective item(s), please accept our apologies and request to change your item(s)* or ask for a refund within 14 days of receipt.

Should you notice damage or a defect in one or more of your items after the 30-day period, please contact Customer Service via the contact form provided in the “Contact us” section.

A Customer Service representative will get back to you within 48 hours.

Fusalp will do its best to provide assistance in repairing a damaged item. Fusalp has its own repair shop located in its headquarters in Annecy, France where a qualified team of professionals has worked with Fusalp products for years. Damaged items are handed over to this team of experts to find the best repair solutions when possible. 

For environmental reasons and for your best convenience, we will recommend a local repair shop close to a Fusalp boutique.

All Fusalp items are covered by a two-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects after purchase by the consumer. 

Since January 2021, Fusalp offers a five-year warranty extension for any products purchased after this date on a list of selected items (available here).

Under these 2 and 5-year warranty periods, Créations Fusalp SA is responsible for the repair, exchange, or credit the purchase of, the damaged or defective item(s).

 Fusalp warranty does not cover the following cases:

- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by negligence
- Accident
- Damage caused by wrong washing or drying
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse

The 5-year warranty does not apply to :

  • Products purchased in the outlets stores (2-year warranty, with the exception of second choice products which are not guaranteed);
  • Heating devices on "FUTUR" products( 2-year warranty);
  • Products from the Chloé x Fusalp collaboration (2-year warranty);
  • Leather and wool parts of products (2-year warranty);
  • Loss of water repellency or waterproofness (2-year warranty).

Should your item require any alteration, please go to a Fusalp boutique to get a quote. Most of the boutiques work with a certified repair shop. Please don’t hesitate to contact a Fusalp boutique before your visit to ensure that the alteration is feasible.

Care instructions appear in the “composition and care instructions” section of the product page of the website and are listed on a label sewn inside all of our products. The proper care of your items will guarantee to keep them looking like new. Non-compliance with the care instructions can cause damages that will not be covered by the warranty. 

Please read these care instructions to get familiar with the specific requirements related to the variety of materials selected for Fusalp products.

If you are in the United States, you can bring your damaged or defective items in one of Fusalp boutiques: NYC or ASPEN. The boutique will handle your request and contact After-Sale Service.

If you are not able to visit one of the boutiques, please send a request to Customer Service via the contact form provided in the “Contact us” section of the website.

At Fusalp, we pay great attention to quality and detailing. Thus, it seemed only natural to partner with HMR (HAMMER) – high-performance safety helmet expert in Italy – to create Fusalp ski helmets.

Every single helmet is handcrafted, using Italian skilled labor, respecting the philosophy of the “fully made in Italy” product. Each style is unique and elegant, and the Shalimar microfiber and velvet lining, removable leather ear pads, and olfactory note inside layer absolute warmth and comfort.

All Fusalp helmets from HMR have obtained Class A approval (protecting a larger area and offering the athlete clearly superior protection), complying with the highest European standards in terms of security.

The amount of your gift card is freely determined between 50€ and 5000€. 

Your gift card can only be spent in a selection of Fusalp boutiques excluding the website fusalp.com.

Valid for 1 year from date of issue, on all our collections, including promotional periods. 

  • Can be used on one or more occasions within the limit of its value and validity, can be combined with other payment methods and/or a credit note, cannot be combined with other gift cards. 
  • Cannot be exchanged, refunded, given in change, resold or used for professional or commercial purposes for any reason whatsoever. 
  • Items purchased with this gift card benefit from the same return conditions as with any other payment methods (exchange or credit note).
  • The card is strictly nominative, and proof of identity may be requested.
  • It cannot be replaced in the event of expiry, loss or theft. In the event of theft or loss, please contact the store that issued your voucher.

2. Where can I use my gift card?

Fusalp gift cards can only be used in the following boutiques :  

In France: Bordeaux - Lyon - Marseille - Megève - Nice - Cannes - Paris (George V, Courbet, Courcelles, Marais, Parly II, Passy, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Saint-Honoré, Galerie Lafayette Homme, Printemps Haussmann), The Village Villefontaine, La Vallée Village.

Worldwild: Brussels, Cran-Montana, Gstaad, Knokke, Landquart, Luxembourg, London, Verbier, Maasmechelen, Oslo, St Moritz, Zermatt and Zurich.
