My Fusalp account

  1. Track your current orders and view your order history
  2. Log in and update your personal information
  3. Edit an invoice 
  4. Add your favorite items to your Wishlist
  5. Sign up to the newsletter and stay up to date with the latest arrivals

Creating a customer account is easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Click the user account icon at the top right of the landing page
  2. Click the “Create my account” button
  3. Fill out the form with your personal information


You are done! You have created your Fusalp account.

You can also create your account when placing an order on the website.

If you are having trouble creating your Fusalp account, make sure to check the following:

  • The email address you have entered has already been used.
  • The email address you have entered is correct.
  • The password and password confirmation you have entered match.
  • Try using a different Internet browser (Google chrome, Safari, Firefox).
  • Try using another device (computer, mobile, tablet)

To access your personal information, click to login to your account, then go to the “Information” section, and modify your personal information as needed.

If you don’t have a user account: Create your account, clicking the user account icon at the top right of the landing page. Then click the “Create my account” button and enter your email address and password.

If you already have a user account: Make sure that the password entered is the same used to create your account. Should you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and click “Forgot your password?”. You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. If you don’t receive the email, please check your junk email folder.

To change your password, sign into your account and go to the “Information” section.ange this text.

Should you have any difficulty placing an order on Fusalp website, please make sure to check the following: 

  • The email address you have entered is correct.
  • The password you have entered is correct.
  • Try using a different Internet browser (Google chrome, Safari, Firefox).
  • Try using another device (computer, mobile, tablet)

It is possible to cancel an order if the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet. Should you wish to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service quickly with your order number on hand (your order number has been sent to you in your order confirmation email).

If you order has shipped, we cannot guarantee its partial or full cancellation.

For technical and confidentiality reason, it is not possible to modify an order once it has been placed.

We would suggest placing a new order with the desired items and request to return the items you do not need.

When placing your order, check the box indicating “I would like my order to be gift wrapped” in the “Shipping Method” section.

Should you wish to place an order, creating an account is optional. However, your full name and email address are required to place an order.

If you haven’t received an email confirming your order, please check your junk/spam email folder to make sure the email was not filtered. If you cannot find it, please contact Customer Service. 

View and print your invoices and account statement information from your user account, in the “Order” section.

Stay up to date with the latest news and events from Fusalp. To sign up to the newsletter, click the “Register” button at the bottom of the landing page, or check the box from your user account’s “Information” section.

Should you wish to unsubscribe to the newsletter, uncheck the box from your user account’s “Information” section.

You can also click the link at the bottom of the newsletters page to unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter.

If you are still getting the newsletter after having opted out, please contact Customer Service through the chat or via the contact form provided in the “Contact us” section or by phone at +33 (0)4.85.21.31.78 and our team will assist you as soon as possible. 

Each promo code matches a special offer from Fusalp. Each code can be used exclusively on the website www.fusalp.com unless it has been received in a Fusalp boutique, in which case the code will be valid in boutiques only and not on the website.

To use a promo code, fill out the “Promo code” line as you process your order from your “Shopping bag”. The promo code will be automatically applied when you click the “OK” button.

Should you want to use a voucher, fill out the “Promo code” line as you process your order from your “Shopping bag”. The voucher will be automatically applied when you click the “OK” button.

If you don’t see your promo code being applied:

  • Make sure the spelling and letter case are correct (lowercase, uppercase, digits).
  • Check the expiry date of the promo code (Each promo code can be used only once.).

The Wishlist is a great opportunity to keep a list of your favorite items directly in your user account. You can view and edit a list of your favorite in your user account.

To create a Wishlist, you will need a user account on the website.

It just takes one click to place an item on your Wishlist from a product page:

To view your Wishlist, click the “heart” button at the top right corner of the page. You can view and place items from your Wishlist in your shopping bag.
