Your order will be prepared for shipment within a maximum of 2 working days.

Once your products leave our warehouse, they will be delivered to you within an average of 1 to 3 working days* for Metropolitan France, or 3 to 8 working days* for international shipment (the time given is an average, and may vary according to the destination and the availability of the article). Lots of delivery possibilities are provided to you with Colissimo by La Poste and DHL:

  • Home delivery.
  • Delivery to the post office of your choice.
  • Delivery to the shop of your choice.

International prices differ depending on the country of delivery. When ordering, the prices for your country will be displayed at the delivery stage.

For all international orders, prices are exclusive of tax. Taxes may be claimed from you at the time of customs clearance in your country. These taxes are your responsibility.

*This notice may be longer during periods of high activity, particularly during sales and the holiday season.



Fusalp products are covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase by the consumer. As of January 1, 2021, Fusalp offers an extended warranty of 5 years from the date of purchase on selected products (list available here).

Under these 2-year and 5-year warranties, Créations Fusalp SA is obliged to repair the defective product, or to exchange it, or to issue a credit note corresponding to the purchase price.


Damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the product, negligence, accident, failure to follow care instructions, abuse or objectively unsuitable use of the product, are all excluded from the Fusalp warranty.

The following categories are not covered by the 5-year warranty, but are covered by the 2-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase by the consumer:

- Products purchased in outlets
- Products from collaborations with partner brands
- The heating devices which equip the "FUTURE" products
- Parts made of real leather or real fur and wool
- Loss of water repellency or waterproofing
- Special products that feature rhinestones, pearls, etc..


If, despite all the care we take to ensure the quality of our products, you notice an anomaly, please proceed with a return request via your customer account or contact our customer service department by e-mail at [email protected].

If the return is accepted, our team will proceed with an expert examination to determine the origin of the defect.

If a manufacturing defect or faulty workmanship is proven (if necessary via the expertise of the Fusalp Quality Department), Créations Fusalp SA will be obliged to repair the defective product (sometimes with aesthetic modification and the prior agreement of the customer), or to exchange it, or to issue a credit note corresponding to the purchase amount.
