The Maison possesses an invaluable heritage of expertise, ranging from the invention of bi-stretch fabric to iconic cuts with clean lines, the use of new materials, and registered techniques such as softshell.
As a return to its roots, Fusalp recently set up its tailoring workshop in Paris. Mathilde Lacoste, Artistic Director, and her teams work with the most innovative technical materials to design ready-to-wear pieces that allow for movement, while paying equal attention to structure and style. From design to the meticulous cutting of fabrics, through to the development of discreet details such as the magnetic pockets on the Titouan suit jacket, these are real challenges that are being met.
This enduring legacy, passed down from generation to generation, is also the result of a stylistic signature upheld by inventive women such as Ingrid Buchner or Mathilde Lacoste.
Mathilde Lacoste continues the innovation by skillfully blending the expertise and historical codes of the House, to create ever more fashionable and contemporary collections. Summer or winter, in the mountains or in the city, the collections combine technicality, functionality, and elegance — the three founding pillars of Fusalp's DNA.

Innovation has been ingrained in Fusalp's DNA since 1952, when the two founders collaborated with French Olympic skiers to create the fuseau, and then the first competition ski suit in 1966.
Today, Fusalp's unique strength lies in the technicality of its pieces, coupled with precise cuts that ensure optimal performance.
Close to the body and lightweight, each piece protects against cold and rain while allowing breathability and movement.
Fusalp works with innovative materials including Softshell. Comprising three layers — a fleece-lined fabric for thermal insulation, a water and wind-resistant membrane, and a repellent stretch fabric — this technicality allows for impermeability, breathability, and thermoregulation.
Skiers can rely on useful details, such as a silicone-edged snow guard, a ski pass pocket, and a ski goggles pocket with an integrated lens wipe.
Since 2018, Fusalp has internalized its Quality and Research & Development laboratory in Annecy. The Maison's objective is to craft pieces that withstand the test of time and can be passed down from generation to generation.
