Water repellence is the property of a fabric of being impermeable up to a certain point. It is a treatment, and not an intrinsic quality of the cloth or of how it is woven... The benefit of the waterrepellent treatment is that no drop of water can penetrate or be absorbed by the garment.
Pertex® materials come from the fusion between the outside of a fabric and a breathable microporous waterproof layer. With a focus on durability, this material combines wind and water protection while maintaining excellent comfort and reducing build-up of condensation. Pertex® fabrics have a unique design that offers a significant reduction in weight while maintaining good strength and abrasion resistance.
The Stretch Technology adds extensibility to the main clothing fabric thus offering maximum ease and comfort to the user. Stretch is obtained either by using elastane thread, or by a specific weaving process.
The Responsible Down Standard describes and certified animal welfare practices in down and feather production from the farm to final product. RDS certifies by Control Union, CU866334

Since 1 January 2021, Fusalp offers a 5-year warranty extension on a selection of products purchased after this date (list available here).Under these 2-year and 5-year warranties, Fusalp undertakes to repair the defective product or to exchange it or to issue a credit note corresponding to the purchase amount. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the product, negligence, accident, failure to follow maintenance instructions, misuse or objectively unsuitable use of the product are excluded from the Fusalp warranty. Also excluded from the warranty are articles from which the inner labels have been removed, parts of articles that have been modified or retouched by a third party, as well as second choice articles sold in outlets (specific mention on the receipt).
