THE FUSALP GUARANTEE

With over 70 years expertise, Fusalp offers premium garments and accessories combining high-quality workmanship, performance, functionality and enjoyment.

We work with leading experts in the field to design and develop our collections, and we put great rigor into selecting our manufacturing partners, as well as the fabrics we use in terms of outstanding technical attributes and feel. Ultimately, we perform exhaustive quality controls internally, as with our manufacturing partners.

Notwithstanding the particular care taken in each stage of product manufacturing, damages can occur over a product lifecycle.

To make sure our products meet the highest quality standards, all Fusalp items are covered by a two-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects after purchase by the consumer. 

Furthermore, since January 2021, Fusalp offers a five-year warranty extension on a list of selected item.

The following are excluded from this 5-year guarantee extension:

- All products bought in outlets stores;

- Collaboration products (CHLOE, PUCCI, SWAROVSKI...);

- Heating devices on ‘FUTUR’ products;

- Parts made of real leather or fur and wool;

- Loss of water repellency or waterproofness;

- Accessories and shoes

- Special series with rhinestones, pearls...

Under these 2-year and 5-year warranties, Créations Fusalp SA is obliged to repair the defective product, or exchange it, or issue a credit note corresponding to the purchase price.

The Fusalp guarantee does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, negligence, accident, failure to follow maintenance instructions, abuse or objectively unsuitable use of the product, nor does it cover items from which the inner labels have been removed, parts of items that have been modified or altered by a third party or second choice items sold as outlets (specific mention on the receipt).
