- About the Author
Author and director, Mohamed El Khatib develops unique documentary fiction projects in the field of theater, literature and cinema. Through intimate epics, he co-signs plays based on encounters with soccer fans, cleaning ladies or actors. In “Boule à neige”, he dissects the life of snowball collectors, alongside the historian Patrick Boucheron. Grand Prix of dramatic literature and awarded by the French Academy in 2019, he has opened a way to the writing of reality. - About the Photographer
The photographic report of this book was realized by Yohanne Lamoulère. Born in Nîmes in 1980 and a graduate of the École nationale supérieure de la photographie d'Arles, she lives and works in Marseille. In 2018, she published Faux Bourgs at Le Bec en l'air, a compilation of her work on the city of Marseille. She is also part of the Zirlib collective with director Mohamed El Khatib. In 2021, Yohanne Lamoulère created the image trail "L'Île" at the MUCEM in Marseille, a photographic series produced
