FREE* AND SIMPLE RETURNS
Your item is not suitable?
You have a period of 30 days after receiving your order to return a product that doesn't suit you and ask us for an exchange* or a refund.
You can make your return request by logging into your Fusalp customer account and following the steps below:
1. ACCESS YOUR ORDER HISTORY
Go to Order History and Details then select your order and click on "Details".
2. SELECT THE PRODUCTS TO BE RETURNED TO US
Select the product (s) concerned and the quantity you wish to return. In order to constantly improve our services, please let us know the reason for the return.
If you would like an exchange*, please let us know the size and the color. Thus, we will put it aside to avoid any stock shortage at the time of exchange.
3. CLICK ON "REQUEST A RETURN"
As soon as our team receives your return request, the status of your order will change to "Waiting for the parcel". You will also receive a confirmation email for your return request.
4. DEPOSIT YOUR PARCEL AT THE POST OFFICE
Once your return request is taking into account, download and print your pre-paid return label in the "product returns" tab on your account then stick it prominently outside your package. (If you can't download your label, do not hesitate to contact us to regenerate it by sending an email to [email protected]). Print also your return form in the "product returns" tab on your account then put it inside your package.
You can now drop off your parcel in the post office of your choice for all orders outside the US and keep proof of deposit. For US orders, please drop off your package at a DHL depot only and keep proof of deposit.
For all international orders, returns are at your own expense and must be sent by post with a tracking nr of the parcel.
5. REFUND / EXCHANGE*
- You opt for a refund:
As soon as we receive your parcel we will proceed with the reimbursement, within a maximum period of 14 working days and via the same means of payment that were used for the initial order.
- You would like to exchange*:
For metropolitan France only and upon receipt of your return of merchandise we will send you your parcel exchange as soon as possible, to the same address indicated on your initial order.
For any international orders, you are invited to order the product(s) you would like in exchange. We promise to refund you within 14 working days of receipt of your return parcel.
*Only for France metropolitan orders
Any package returned beyond the stated time will be refused and returned to the sender. Returns and exchanges cannot be done in store. The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unworn, accompanied by all its accessories, its label and the return slip, to the following address:

Packages that bear incorrect customer identification details (surname, first name, address, order number and return number) will be refused. For any return, proof of shipment stamped by the post office must be kept. Upon receipt of the returned product, our customer service team will send an email confirmation of receipt.
In metropolitan France and in the United States, the first return is free of charge. Additional returns, as well as the risks related to the return of the product, are the responsibility of the sender.
On the international market, the return, as well as the risks related to the return of the products, are at the sender’s expenses.
