The Archibald coat is a versatile jacket with an abundance of technical details. 3-in-1, it is designed with a removable quilted down jacket equipped with a Fusalp-approved membrane, which can be worn on its own for a variety of occasions. As for the parka, it's made from twill, which is also waterproof and water-repellent, and extremely warm when worn with the thin jacket. Signature technical details such as welded seams, multiple inside and outside pockets, a wrap-around hood, and water-repellent zippers make this coat a highly functional, protective garment for dry, wet, cool, or cold weather.
Primaloft insulation materials are created with microfibers and ultra-fine fibers that retain heat for an efficient insulation. The hydrophobic fibers allows to stay dry even in damp conditions. Primaloft insulation products are lightweight and designed to last through any activity, repeated laundering, and the test of time.
Seam taping or sealing prevents water penetration. Full seam taping covers all seams to provide maximum waterproof quality.
The membrane featured on your FUSALP product has been selected, tested and approved in our laboratory. This waterproof, windproof and breathable high-performance membrane guarantees comfort and protection.
Water-repellency describes a material or fabric that it is hydrophobic, or repels water on contact. This is made possible through the construction of the fabric or when a treatment is applied to its surface. The fabric will be protected from humidity and thus, from light rain.

Since 1 January 2021, Fusalp offers a 5-year warranty extension on a selection of products purchased after this date (list available here).Under these 2-year and 5-year warranties, Fusalp undertakes to repair the defective product or to exchange it or to issue a credit note corresponding to the purchase amount. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the product, negligence, accident, failure to follow maintenance instructions, misuse or objectively unsuitable use of the product are excluded from the Fusalp warranty. Also excluded from the warranty are articles from which the inner labels have been removed, parts of articles that have been modified or retouched by a third party, as well as second choice articles sold in outlets (specific mention on the receipt).
